  • during interaction with other electronic channels (e.g. email) or during telephone contact, ending in each case with the consent of the appropriate consent
  • as part of separate agreements concluded with external entities that are the Administrators of specific data, where we carry out the tasks of the so-called data processor
  • We also obtain data about users and their behavior thanks to “cookies” and analysis of server logs. The scope of processing of this data (which is not personal data) is described in the “Cookie Policy” in a separate section of this document.

  1. What personal data we process:
    a) In the case of persons who are participants in initiatives and events of which we are organizers, co-organizers, partners, we process the following information: name, surname, position, company. It can also be: email address, telephone number, content of answers provided as part of surveys or inquiries about investment needs
    b) In the case of Contractors, potential Contractors, companies providing or offering deliveries of products / services, we process contact details such as name, surname, position, telephone, company postal address, e-mail address and additional information identifying the entity (NIP, REGON, KRS) and data necessary for financial settlements
    c) In the case of implementation of projects, e.g. analytical or marketing, commissioned to us by external entities on the basis of the Processor, we may also temporarily process personal data including additional information (excluding sensitive data)

  2. Purpose of data processing

Depending on the nature of the relationship, we process data for the following purposes:

  • In order to pursue our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
  • To carry out marketing and commercial activities, including electronic means of communication and telephone, based on your consent
  • in order to carry out tasks related to the organization of conferences, webinars, competitions, research projects / surveys of which we are the organizer, co-organizer, partner
  • to comply with legal obligations (e.g. settlement and storage of financial records)
  1. Do we transfer your data to third parties

Yes, but only on your request. In the case of projects carried out in cooperation or on behalf of our contractors, we may transfer your basic personal data for the purpose of marketing/commercial contact by a specific external entity. This happens only when you decide to join a given initiative (e.g. presentation of a solution, individual meeting, conference, survey, webinar, competition) and give your consent to contact our contractor. We never transfer your personal data without obtaining the appropriate consent, indicating the company to which the data will be transferred and informing about the nature of the contact to which you agree

  • We store personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were obtained. In the case of data processing based on your consent, we process it until it is withdrawn
  • personal data that we process at the request of contractors (Administrators), acting as a “Processor”, are stored by us for a period determined individually, necessary to achieve specific purposes, but it cannot go beyond the conditions set out in the Data Administrator’s policy.
  • We also store personal data related to contracts with contractors, competitions, transactions after the period necessary for their implementation, in order to meet the requirements imposed by separate legal provisions and to pursue our legitimate interests, in the circumstances of pursuing claims or defending against possible claims.
